Can I wear it as a crossbody bag?

Yes. Clip the detachable jacquard strap to the D-rings on the sides and wear it on one shoulder or crossbody.

Is it real leather?

No. It is vegan leather with a woven texture – light, cruelty-free and easy to wipe clean.

Ask for a refund within 7 days of delivery, or an exchange within 14 days. Refunds reach your original payment method 5–7 days after the bag gets back to us.

Keep the Dramour tag on. A return or exchange is accepted only if the official Dramour tag is still attached to the bag by its original string. A bag that comes back without its tag, or with the string cut, cannot be returned or exchanged.

The bag must be unused. Sale items return on exactly the same terms — nothing here is final sale.
