Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Dramour bag. If it is not right, here is how to return or exchange it.

Return shipping is free

We pay to bring it back. There is no restocking fee and no deduction from your refund.

Refunds — within 7 days

Ask for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Once the item reaches us and passes a condition check, we refund it to the payment method you used at checkout. The refund is issued within 5–7 days of us receiving the item.

Exchanges — within 14 days

Ask for an exchange within 14 days of delivery — a different colour, or a different style of the same value.

Condition

The item must be unused and all tags must still be attached. We cannot accept an item that has been used, or that arrives without its tags.

Sale items too

Discounted items return and exchange on exactly the same terms as everything else. Nothing in the store is final sale.

How to start

Email hello@dramour.com with your order number, and for an exchange tell us what you would like instead. We will reply with the next steps and arrange the pickup.
