Shipping
Every Dramour order is packed and dispatched from India. Here is exactly what happens after you pay, and what it costs.
Where we ship
We deliver across India. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
What shipping costs
Free on orders of ₹2,999 and above. Below that, a flat delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout before you pay — you will never be charged a delivery fee you have not already seen.
All prices on the site are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
When it leaves us
We dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.
When it reaches you
Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 working days from dispatch. Metro cities are usually at the shorter end of that; remote and hill pincodes can take a few days longer.
These are the courier's working days, not calendar days, and they start when the parcel is collected — not when the order is placed.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes. We confirm every COD order before it ships, usually by a one-time password sent to your phone. If we cannot reach you to confirm, the order is held rather than dispatched, so please use a number you answer.
COD is not available on every pincode. If yours is not covered, checkout will tell you before you place the order.
Your address
Please check the address and phone number before you confirm. Once a parcel is with the courier we can rarely change its destination. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange a re-send; a second delivery charge may apply.
If something goes wrong
Couriers occasionally run late for reasons neither of us controls — weather, strikes, local restrictions. We will keep you informed and chase the courier on your behalf.
If a parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it if the damage is visible on the outside. If you only notice it after opening, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are covered in our Refund Policy. In short: 7 days to ask for a refund, 14 days to ask for an exchange, and we pay the return shipping.
