Which straps come with the bag?

Two: a soft knotted shoulder strap for under-arm wear and a thin adjustable crossbody strap. Use one at a time.

The flap fastens with two hidden magnetic snaps, and a full-width zip underneath closes the main compartment.

Is it real leather?

No. It is vegan leather with padded quilting.

Free returns. We pay the return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.

Ask for a refund within 7 days of delivery, or an exchange within 14 days. Refunds reach your original payment method 5–7 days after the bag gets back to us.

Keep the Dramour tag on. A return or exchange is accepted only if the official Dramour tag is still attached to the bag by its original string. A bag that comes back without its tag, or with the string cut, cannot be returned or exchanged.

The bag must be unused. Sale items return on exactly the same terms — nothing here is final sale.
