Are the charms the same on every colour?

No. Jet Black, Slate Grey, Black and Grey and Cream have a silver charm set; Tan Brown, Tan and Cream and Tan and Grey have a gold charm set. The layout differs a little from colour to colour.

Can I use it without the strap?

Yes. The strap unclips, so you can carry it as a clutch.

Ask for a refund within 7 days of delivery, or an exchange within 14 days. Refunds reach your original payment method 5–7 days after the bag gets back to us.

Keep the Dramour tag on. A return or exchange is accepted only if the official Dramour tag is still attached to the bag by its original string. A bag that comes back without its tag, or with the string cut, cannot be returned or exchanged.

The bag must be unused. Sale items return on exactly the same terms — nothing here is final sale.
